    Undergraduate Students- As of fall 2013, junior students are required to live in on-campus housing. Only students with a senior status will be eligible to live in off-campus housing.

  • After submission of deposit, applicants have a 48 hour grace-period to withdraw their application, after which time the deposit is non-refundable.

Paying Your Deposit

To reserve occupancy at one of our properties, completed applications must be submitted along with a deposit equal to one month’s rent (contact rental office for rates).

Paying Elecronically

When paying electronically, please email a copy of your payment confirmation to Hope Jordan at jordanha@nullwfu.edu.

  • Domestic Renters wishing to send deposits or rental payments via domestic checking of savings accounts can do so by visiting WFU QuickPAY: Rental Deposits
