Incoming students may request a roommate on their housing application. We endeavor to honor roommate requests based upon space availability; however, we cannot guarantee that all such requests will be honored.
Students who do not indicate a roommate preference will be matched using information provided on their housing application.
Our rental rates and fees are updated every October.

NOTE: IF WE ARE UNABLE TO RESERVE A ROOM FOR YOU DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABILITY, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PLACED ON OUR WAITLIST. IF YOU WOULD PREFER NOT TO BE ON OUR WAITLIST, YOU MAY REQUEST A FULL REFUND OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEE BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO HOPE JORDAN AT JORDANHA@WFU.EDU.
A Security Deposit is a payment made by you to WFU that may be used by WFU if you do not fulfill certain obligations under the lease, such as payment of rent and/or for damages to the premises beyond normal wear and tear.
At the end of your lease, we will inspect the condition of your unit. The cost of damages beyond normal wear and tear, if any, will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Any balance remaining on deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of your lease termination. You will be responsible for the cost of any damage and/or other tenant obligations that exceed the remaining balance of your Security Deposit.
