Our rental rates and fees are updated annually each October.
Subject to availability, your room will be reserved once we receive your $500 Security Deposit and $200 Administrative Fee. These payments may be made together in a single transaction, but please ensure they are paid separately from any tuition payments.

Please email a copy of your payment confirmation receipt to Hope Jordan at jordanha@wfu.edu so that your room can be reserved.
Visit finance.wfu.edu for more information.
Note: If we are unable to reserve a room for you due to lack of availability, you will automatically be placed on our waitlist. If you prefer not to be on the waitlist, you may request a full refund of your security deposit and administrative fee by emailing Hope Jordan at jordanha@wfu.edu.
A Security Deposit is a payment made by you to WFU that may be used by WFU if you do not fulfill certain obligations under the lease, such as payment of rent and/or for damages to the premises beyond normal wear and tear.
At the end of your lease, we will inspect the condition of your unit. The cost of damages beyond normal wear and tear, if any, will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Any balance remaining on deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of your lease termination. You will be responsible for the cost of any damage and/or other tenant obligations that exceed the remaining balance of your Security Deposit.
