Rental Application
We currently have a limited number of rooms available for the Spring 2026 semester. If you’re interested, we recommend submitting an application as soon as possible.
Paying Your Deposit and Admin Fee
Subject to availability, your room will be reserved upon receipt of your Security Deposit and Administrative Fee. These may be made together in one payment; however, please keep these payments separate from any tuition payments.
1. Choose Your Payment Method
- To pay using a domestic checking/savings account, click here: Domestic Payments
- To pay using an International checking/savings account, click here: International Payments
2. International Payment Instructions
If you are paying via Flywire, please use the following settings to ensure your payment is processed correctly:
- Request Invoice: Contact Campus Financial Services cfs@wfu.edu if you are required to submit one with your payment.
- Payment Type: Select “Other.”
- Specific Category: Type “Security Deposit and Admin Fee.”
- Student ID: Use 44444444 (this ensures the payment is routed to the customer account rather than your student account).
3. Confirm Your Reservation
Once paid, please email a copy of your payment confirmation receipt to Hope Jordan at jordanha@wfu.edu so your room can be officially reserved.
Waitlist & Refund Policy
If we are unable to reserve a room for you due to lack of availability, you will automatically be placed on our waitlist. If you prefer not to be on the waitlist, you may request a full refund of your Security Deposit and Administrative Fee by emailing jordanha@wfu.edu.
