Administrative Fee and Security Deposit: Applicant shall pay an Administrative Fee of $200 and a Security Deposit of $500 upon submission of this Application. Applications submitted without payment of the Administrative Fee and the Security Deposit will not be considered. The Administrative Fee and Security Deposit will be refunded if this application is not approved or if a room is unavailable. Upon signing of a lease, the Security Deposit shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the lease agreement.

Paying Your Deposit and Admin Fee

Subject to availability, your room will be reserved upon receipt of your Security Deposit and Administrative Fee. Your Security Deposit and Administrative Fee may be made together, in one payment; however, please be sure to keep these payments separate from any tuition payments.

NOTE: IF WE ARE UNABLE TO RESERVE A ROOM FOR YOU DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABILITY, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE PLACED ON OUR WAITLIST.
